America Revealed: Urban Farming

America Revealed is a program on PBS that seeks to take a look at what makes up the America we know. The program focuses on giving its viewers “a fascinating new perspective on the hidden patterns and rhythms of American life, by looking through the eyes of individuals who all play a part in keeping America fed, moving, powered and making goods.” The series is hosted by Yul Kwon, best known as winner of Survivor: Cook Islands and also technology expert and communications attorney.

This segment, Urban Farming, gives the viewers a look into Detroit’s thriving urban farming movement and Eastern Market, the largest of its kind in the U.S. .
